Systems approach in dynamic capabilities

The ontology of dynamic capabilities (DCs) is grounded in a systemic perspective organisational strategy. In controversial move, DCs theory adopts systems thinking as metaphorical reference, not possible research method. Systemic methodologies can provide holistic management perception and guide managers to develop differently, considering the deliberate learning design process non-linear dynamism causal loops. Calling attention conceptual origins, this work proposes framework based on manage DCs. Based two different methodologies, viable system model (VSM) soft methodology (SSM), we integrate approach into guidelines.
